You are in specialist training and see your future in aesthetic medicine? At MY you go through a structured training programme with a certificate at every stage – fully funded by us, manufacturer certificates included.
The training follows a clearly structured three-year model. Each stage builds on the previous one – with defined learning content, goals and a certificate for every course.
Foundation courses on anatomy and safety, including hygiene and emergency standards for everyday practice. Mandatory online preparation before every hands-on course. Goal: you apply the basic procedures safely and independently under supervision. Qualification: Basic Certificate.
Advanced courses with extended techniques and product-specific practical knowledge, deepened through manufacturer training and case reviews. Goal: you treat independently at advanced level, without direct supervision. Qualification: Advanced Certificate, plus the product-specific manufacturer certificates.
Exclusive masterclasses in small groups, complex case constellations and combination treatments at expert level. Goal: expert status with full treatment responsibility and the authority to instruct others. Qualification: Expert Certificate – the Aesthetic Medical Expert.
Every hands-on course comes with an online course. You complete it beforehand, and your level of knowledge is actively checked. That way everyone starts at the same level.

Product-specific training directly from the device manufacturers – a fixed part of the curriculum, not an optional extra.
Manufacturer certificates round out your certificate portfolio and are recognised by clinics and patients alike.
After the foundation courses: exclusive masterclasses in small groups, led by experienced practitioners and manufacturer partners.
You work with up-to-date device and product knowledge, often ahead of the wider market launch.
Once you have finished, you can move straight into specialist training in plastic and aesthetic surgery at a hospital. The training does not replace that specialist training – it prepares you for it specifically and shortens the learning curve considerably.
Your qualification after three years of training, including all manufacturer certificates.

You start with a 40-hour week and 20 days of annual leave.
Every further year your working time drops by one hour while your leave entitlement rises by one day. The target at senior physician level: a 36-hour week as a four-day week with 24 days of leave and around €8,000 gross per month – combined with full professional responsibility.

No. The three-year training does not replace your specialist training – it prepares you for it specifically and shortens the learning curve. Afterwards you can move straight into specialist training in plastic and aesthetic surgery at a hospital.
Nothing. The training is fully funded, including all manufacturer certificates.
No. Previous experience is a plus, but not a condition. The requirement is a medical licence recognised in Germany (Approbation).
Every hands-on course comes with an online module that you complete beforehand. Only after you have passed the knowledge check do you join the hands-on course. That way the time on site is entirely available for practice and feedback.
From a base salary and a revenue-based commission, tiered from 4 % to 15 %. The commission is settled quarterly.
