Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing professional advice and support to our customers regarding our health and beauty services.
- Identifying our customers’ individual needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent service and high customer satisfaction.
- Participating in training and continuing education to keep knowledge up to date and ensure continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for the health and beauty industry and a good understanding of the relevant services.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and a positive attitude.
- A goal-oriented approach to work and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
